All Roads Lead to the Fulcrum of Time

All Roads Lead to The Fulcrum of Time is a guerilla site specific performance piece in Downtown Culver CIty.
A site specific public performance piece at the intersection of psychology, race, and history that unearths Culver City’s history being an all white Sundown town. The works’ pulse is the location and audio as Cullins’ body responds to a constructed audio piece that oscillates between racial signifiers like scenes from Gone From The Wind (Filmed in Culver City) and field recordings from train stops and the Culver City Hotel.
Materials: Slip made from recycled red clay, charcoal, glass bowls, milk crates, archival advertisements, thrifted professional attire, audio, canvas, bananas, grapes, tomatoes, and candles.
